Admin Assistant / Accountant
compensation: Compensation to be determined based on experience
employment type: Negotiable, Full time available.
Responsibilities:
• Perform full cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
• Help coordinate projects across the HR function including: performance management, compensation planning, employee files maintenance, benefit plan administration, new hire contracts, etc
• Partner with management to clearly define hiring needs and role specifications
• Help maintain administration including: handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing office supplies, and developing and maintaining a current and accurate filing system
• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
• Experience with full-scope human resources initiatives would be a strong asset
• Ability to target, recruit, and identify strong technical candidates for recruitment initiatives preferred
• Solid office administration experience through working in a professional office environment
• Experience with full-cycle accounting including A/R, A/P and payroll
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Keen willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute whenever necessary
• A passion for sharing new ideas in a dynamic environment
